After meeting the director of Potters for Peace at a workshop at Adamah, I knew I wanted to visit Nicaragua and see what he was doing with water filteration and sustaining potters. It was 5 days of traveling the mountain hillsides and meeting the potters in small communities. All so appreciative and happy and living sustainably with the help of Robert and Potters for Peace.
As I type this the country is in turmoil trying to oust a corrupt president. We feel fortunate we were able to visit and return safely. I hope to return and work with the people.
